The service offering is straightforward and efficient. The objective is to remove some of the administration common to standard villa rental. The aim is to provide guests with backup for the more mundane elements of “administering” a private holiday.

Place your order 24 hours in advance, with our experienced catering partners Hippocampus (www.hippocampusrestaurant.gr) and Spitiko (www.spitiko-catering.gr).
Order delivered into the Butlers Kitchen refrigerator to be served at guests convenience.
Terms: Minimum order €50. Payment in full on delivery or run a tab with a pre-payment clearance on credit card.

Housekeeping

Unobtrusive and efficient.

Daily. 4 hours (9am – 11am. 2 Housekeepers for 2 hours). Additional hours by arrangement.

Washing Up

Dining at the villa? Leave the washing up to us.
Clear the dining table to the specially nominated area in the Butlers Kitchen and the lovely Housekeepers will wash up and put everything back in its place in the morning.

Swimming Pools

Vacuumed daily. Water tested daily.

Grounds & Garden Maintenance

6am – 12.30pm daily. Grass cutting – Friday mornings.

Garbage Collection

Twice daily.

Helicopter Landing Pad

Experienced, discreet (US trained) local Hairstylist available by direct appointment – for villa visits.
